Cancellation Policy

Appointment Confirmation – We call and/or e-mail each guest 48 hours in advance to confirm their scheduled appointment.
  • When an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours this does not always allow our service providers the opportunity to fill that time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity for an earlier appointment.
  • Appointments that are “no-showed” or cancelled day of will be charged 50% of the appointment cost to rebook with one of our service providers.
  • Late arrival may require us to cut your appointment short or ask you to reschedule to another date.
We take our guests’ time seriously and we strive to do our best to accommodate you.
