  • Appointment Confirmation – We call and/or e-mail each guest 48 hours in advance to confirm their scheduled appointment.

    When an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours this does not always allow our service providers the opportunity to fill that time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity for an earlier appointment.

    Appointments that are “no-showed” or cancelled day of will be charged 50% of the appointment cost to rebook with one of our service providers.

    Late arrival may require us to cut your appointment short or ask you to reschedule to another date.

    We take our guests’ time seriously and we strive to do our best to accommodate you.

  • We’re located in the Neighbors & Smith building at 1801 Market Street in Camp Hill. The salon is in the rear of the building on the lower level, next to Sweet Velvet Macarons and below Plum Bottom, Little Black Dress and One Good Woman.

  • There is a parking lot in the rear of the Neighbors & Smith building where you can park for your appointment. If it’s full, street parking is also available.

  • We recommend a consultation for some of our services, including more in-depth color and balayage appointments. Other services like color correction and hair extensions we require a consultation prior to the service. These consultations are complimentary and allow our team the opportunity to discuss your hair or skin goals with you. If you’re unsure whether or not you should schedule a consultation first, just give us a call or check out our menu of services.

  • We do offer gift cards for sale. Stop by the Salon or give us a call to purchase.
